Inbox - no names, just personal number

Inbox - no names, just personal number

Since the big update, I am not able to see who sent me some music. I just see the personal number in front of the optional message but no name. So I have to get to my desktop to double check the sender's name. Is it just because my inbox is hudge an filled up?

I'm also having this issue.  Any updates or fixes?

Contacted support by twitter. Seems the guy from tech support having the same issue... No fix untill now

I've had this problem for ages! The number your seeing is when a user hasn't got their Facebook linked to the account I think.

I've opted to not sign in using my Facebook account, and so my account info is the number they issue you.

I must admit, despite this, it used to work.
Just out of interest, do you guys log into Spotify using your Facebook account?

The inbox tab on iOS shows Spotify usernames for everyone for me too, which includes numbers for people who have Facebook created accounts. Hopefully we will get something similar to the message tab on the desktop Spotify on the mobile apps which will fix this.
