Incorrect width of headers on iPad, and unable to scroll on the side of the content.

Incorrect width of headers on iPad, and unable to scroll on the side of the content.

I have an 11-inch iPad Pro from 2022. Some headers on the homepage are too narrow, regardless of whether my iPad is in portrait or landscape orientation. Inside the library, I also can’t scroll on the side of the content when in landscape orientation. Spotify Premium.

Hey there @AlexanderJansson

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

Could you let us know if it has always looked liked this way of it changed after a specific event such as an update?

On another note, would you mind sending us a screenshot of how it looks like in portrait mode? You can attach it to your next response by using the Insert image option in the post editor. Make sure not to send any private info.

Lastly, sending us the exact make/model, operating system and Spotify version of your device would come in handy.

We'll be on the lookout.

Hello! Thank you for your reply. You already have a picture from portrait mode. Do you see it? The iPad model I have is MJQR3KN/A. Spotify version 8.9.50.491. iOS 17.5.1.

Hey @AlexanderJansson

Thanks for getting back to us.

We checked this on our end and we could replicate how "Your library" looks like and we can confirm that it's expected behavior.

However, you should be able to scroll the content and the artist name shouldn't be placed where you showed it. In this case, would you mind logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row? This will trigger a sync between your account and device.

If this doesn't do the trick, it's well worth running a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cached files that might be causing trouble.

Let us know how it goes.
