Iphone 5s - IOS 8.4 - Skipping in background when accessing other apps - with EQ on.

No Jailbreak.

Has there been a change to the way the program works in the background? Have not had this issue before.

Not using any graphically intensive applications.

Edit: When I say "skipping" I don't mean changing the next track, I mean a glitch which could be likened to "dropping frames" or the audio equivalent

Hi

I have a similar issue on ipad air running ios8. When the ipad goes in to sleep, or I navigate away form Sotify, it stops working. The only solution that offers a temporary fix is to remove the app, restart device then reinstall app. However, the glitch will start again at some point. Hopefully Spotify will address this in the next update or offer a solution as it appears to not be isolated.
