iPhone 5 + Spotify Connect + PS4 app

I have the Spotify app installed on my iPhone 5 and it works perfect. Also on premium membership at the moment.

I have the Spotify app installed on the PS4 and it works fine after logging in to my account using the phone. Both on the same network.

NOW When I try to use Spotify Connect on the iphone app, it detects the PS4 and when I click on it to connect, it looks like I'm being re-logged into the Spotify app on the PS4. BUT I'm not able to control the music from my iphone. In fact, the music from the phone is not being streamed to the PS4. It's basically 2 different players on the same account.

This was working as intended when the Spotify App was first released on the PS4 and now its broken. How can we fix this?
