Iphone 6 cannot download playlists

 Hi, 

I have spent several hours trying to sync my iphone 6 to my macbook air as a spotify device.  I have a time machine airport.  When I first got my iphone 6 I was able to transfer all of my playlists to my iphone.  However, several weeks ago, I stopped being able to, and cannot locate my iphone on my spotify desktop.  It is very frustrating to not be able to download any playlists!  However, I can control my desktop with my iphone.  Here is what I have tried:

1.  Reinstalled spotify on my iphone and macbook (now I have lost all the playlists I had) (and turned them on and off).

2.  Checked to make sure my firewall is off.

3.  Made sure they have the same IP address connection.

4.  Enabled the NAT Port Mapping protocol on my airport.

5.  Made sure I am singed in in the same account.   

6.  Tried using the USB cable.  

Please Help!  I am paying for premium but cannot download any music 😞

Hello!

The Desktop versionof Spotify had a recent update in which some things were changed.

The devices section will be coming back in a future update.

In the meantime:
You won't be able to see an indication in the Desktop Spotify that the IPhone is paired, but as long as they both are on the same WiFi, you can trigger the files sync by toggling the Offline mode on the playlist on your IPhone.
