Unlimited on iPhone question

I have Spotify Unlimited and I pay my fee every month, so I don't understand why on my iPhone I can only listen in shuffle mode and with ads. This doesn't seem right when my account is "Unlimited". Please help. Thank you.

Firstly, Unlimited and Premium have differences.

• Premium allows you to play songs on demand without ads and to sync music for Offline listening

MEANWHILE...

• Unlimited allows you to play music on demand without ads BUT NOT to sync for Offline listening. This subscription had a lower price.
• With this subscription you can't listen uninterrupted music on mobiles. Just on Desktop

Unlimited was discontinued, but users that were subscribed to it are still able to pay for it.
