Iphone App says I'm in trial, but I have been premium for months

I switched from a 4S to a 5S and now Spotify tells me I have 32 hours left on my free trial.

How do I remedy this? I trust it won't actually cut me off at that time since I am a paying customer.

If you can see all of your playlists and things its nothing to worry about, you have just got an extra 48 hour free trial for signing in on a mobile device. Your normal subscription should resume automatically after it is up.
