Iphone not showing subscription or playlists?

I've downloaded the spotify app and logged in, however on the app it says that my subscription is free (i have premium) and i have no playlists? On my PC it says i have premium and all playlists etc. I've tried logging off and on and also tried restarting my phone but to no avail. What can i do?

Hi @wongbenja07. Sounds like you might be logging in with different credentials than on your desktop. If you can pull up your subscription confirmation email you should find the username associated with your account. Give a try just to make sure that you're using the same credentials as on desktop.
