Iphone will not sync offline

I have searched absolutely everywhere and I can not find an answer for this! ALL my devices say the maximum of three devices have been synced. Even after I remove all offline devices and even after I do so the only thing that syncs as an offline device is my computer but not my phone.

Hi @Thatstupidcrayo i'm sure that this can be resolved. I'm just curious, have you used Spotify on any other devices before, perhaps logged in on a friends phone or tablet?

I only let my uncle use it, but what confuses me is why I get the same
message because I removed all offline devices as well signed everyone out I
do not know what to do

@Thatstupidcrayo Yes, that is a bit odd. I'll look into it a bit more but if anyone else wants to chime in please do.

Another question, have you always had the one account? Sometimes this could happen if you have signed up to Spotify more than once.
