Ipod won't play offline

Hello, I have an ipod touch and Spotify premium.

The problem I have is that I download my music at home and want to access it at work where I have no internet access,

I choose all my albums to play offline when I download them.

When I get to work and turn ipod on and try to play an album it just comes up with 3 dots on my ipod as if it is seeking and that's all.

I know the tracks are there because when I go onto artists it lists them.

Don't know what to do next, I have also tried a newer ipod, it does the same thing, HELP!,,

You say it happens on more than one device; The steps above should give you some helpful tips for each device. We'd suggest checking how much space you have on each device and limiting how much you actually save for offline listening.

We'd also recommend checking the iOS version and app version on any affected devices and keeping them updated.
