It just keep crashing. I tried everything but still

Hi,

I've been strugling with this for the past 9 months and serously I'm thinking to switch to another service. Everytime I stream music or download/remove any song from my Iphone 6s Plus the app just crashes. I tried deleting the app and removing it from Offline devices, I even changed my phone few months ago for a differant reason but still the same issue. I contacted the support back and forth for a month but they just keep telling me to delete the app and re download it. While this work but as soon as spotify finishes downlading the music it crashes and everytime I use the app on online mode it just crashes but as soon as I switch the app to offline mode it stops crashing. For me the app is useless because I can only listen to the offline music and can't stream at all.
