Have you tried performing a clean reinstall of the app on the affected devices? Here's how to do it.

Does the issue persist afterwards? If so, we'll need to know the OS and Spotify versions of the device(s) you're experiencing this on.

If possible, could you ask a friend or a family member to log in on your device using their account to see if the issue persists?
