It says it has failed to connect and Spotify is abroad for 14 days

It says it has failed to connect and Spotify is abroad for 14 days

Please help me I'm trying to access the app Spotify but it keeps on saying Spotify is abroad for 14 days. My account is premium so I really don't know what the problem is here. I am not changing my password because I've changed it lots of times. Please help me
