It takes forever to sync

I really dont know what has happened. It's taking ages to sync my playlists on my iPhone 4s.
Never had this problem before, didnt make any sort of updates on my mobile or app and now it takes about a minute to sync just one song.

My wifi is really fast, it works great on any other app on my phone.
My sister has an android phone and it syncs really fast.

Anyone has an idea whats happening?

Hi there! The best course of action here would be to try a clean reinstallation of the application.
