Jeg ønsker hjelp til å oppgradere appen (iOS) til mitt Premium Duo abonnement. Hvordan gjør jeg det? Det er telefonene vi benytter til å spille av musikk.

Thanks for reaching out to the Community.

 

Hope you don't mind us replying in English.

 

Once your Premium subscription is active, you don't need to change anything on the app on your phone. The subscription type switches automatically and you should have access to your Premium features.

That being said, if your daughter wants to update the email linked to her account, she can follow the steps in this article to add the new one. If perhaps she doesn't remember their password to their Spotify account, she can head here to reset their password and then update the email.


If she doesn't remember her Spotify account password and has lost access to the email that's currently linked to her account, then the best way to go would be to get in touch with our Customer Support team. They can help by checking her account and providing some suggestions on how to proceed. You can find out how to contact them here.
