Jocko Podcast won’t play

My Question or Issue

Hello , I listen to the jocko podcasts daily and this morning I went to play it and it will not load any audio. Every other podcast on the app seems to load and play except for jocko. I use an iPhone 13 Pro with updated iOS. Have tried restarting my phone and logging in and out of Spotify. Nothing has worked

We'd suggest that you try to clear cached files on your device following the steps in this article.

In case the above doesn't solve it, we'd recommend reinstalling the app. It'll get you the latest app version with all necessary updates and fixes and remove any corrupted files from previous installations. Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.
