Joe Rogan Experience not available in Egypt?

My Question or Issue

I live in Egypt and have been trying by all means to continue watching the Joe Rogan Experience after the move to Spotify. I can reach the content on my MacBook Pro, using Chrome, but I cannot do the same on iOS. I thought maybe JRE was blocked by Egypt, but even via VPN I cannot access JRE. I get a message saying this content is not available at your location. Without a VPN, if I go from a Google search to the Spotify link, it tells me this podcast doesn’t exist. Further, Spotify’s own playlists from JRE are empty. I don’t understand why, on the same connection, I can get JRE on MacOS desktop, but not iOS, whether browser or Spotify app. If I reach JRE on iOS with the browser (using a VPN), I have to open the app to watch or listen, at which point I get the message that it cannot be played at my location.

If you get this error message it's possible that the Joe Rogan Experience podcast isn't currently available in your region. The reason for this is that availability of content may vary over time and between countries, depending on agreements between Spotify and rights holders, such as artists or record labels.

However, the podcast could still appear soon in Egypt even if you can’t find it right now. You can also get in touch with the producers of the podcast for more info regarding this.
