Just paid for premium but wont work on iphone 5

Just paid for premium but wont work on iphone 5

I just signed up for premium because of all the great reviews I got from my friends, however when I try to listen to my friends playlists my phone is saying that option is only available to premium users (which I am).  There is no one to call or email on the spotify website, so I am not sure how to fix this issue

 

please help!

Hi, and wecome to the community!

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your subsriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Spotify desktop should say 'Spotify premium' at the top.
3) Try reinstalling Spotify.
4) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!
