My Question or Issue

My listening history has not been updating. I’ve tried logging out and then logging back in, deleting and reinstalling the app, deleting the cache then deleting the app and restarting my phone then reinstalling the app, etc. My phone is on the latest iOS update as well. I’ve contacted Spotify Support on Facebook/Messenger and they’ve told me to try those things but they haven’t worked. Then they told me to just wait, but it’s been a few days and it’s still not working. If someone could help out that would be awesome. Thank you!

For starters, when was the last time your Listening history got updated? Did you maybe notice if this started happening after a recent update or change?

 

Now, we understand you already tried basic troubleshooting steps, thanks for letting us know. We'd suggest trying to listen to music using a different internet connection and check if the songs still don't show on the history. Additionally, try logging in to your account from a different device and check the Listening history from there. If you don't have another device, you could borrow a relative or friend's, just to check.

 

Lastly, let us know the Spotify version you are currently running.
