I have followed all the steps to add and play local files on my iPhone, all the songs are downloaded and available to play. The problem is, whenever I try to play the songs from my phone, it just pops up at the bottom of my screen then disappears without the song ever playing. It will play off of my computer, but even when I connect to my phone from my computer through the app, the song will just end. I have not seen anyone else post about this issue, so I thought I would post in hopes for a fix.

Thank you for posting on the Community!

 

We suggest you run a clean reinstall of the app on both devices, then create a new folder somewhere else on your PC and move all the local files there.

 

After that, install Spotify. In the Settings menu select the new source folder and download the playlist again on your iPhone, does it make a difference?.
