Local Files not Downloading on iPhone

I just bought the new Taylor Swift album on iTunes and it showed up on my Mac fine and I can play it on Spotify there but for some reason these files will not download on my phone. I have uninstalled and redownloaded the app several times on my phone and computer. I'm also on the same wifi connection (have tried it at home and school), my firewall is off, and i have kept both apps when attempting to download. I have been searching these forums for a couple days and tried EVERYTHING and have had no luck. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Hello,

Please make sure the songs import into Spotify: 

1. Not protected by DRM

2.In supported format (https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/features/listen-to-local-files/)

Steps:

1.Make sure your computer and mobile devices (iPhone) in the same WiFi network.

2.Remove the playlist which you find the problem

3.Remove and re-add the "Local Sources" - Make sure all songs synced.

3.1 You may need to reopen Spotify (MAC/PC) [in case if you added too many songs] [Recommend to do]

4.Make sure all the songs which added can be played in Spotify (Mac/PC)

5.Make whole new playlists (Recommend using different name from preventing sync error)

6.On Mac/PC, check all the songs in playlist whether they can be played or not.

7.Download playlist on your devices(iPhone)

I removed the playlist, added the songs into a new one (with a different name), have my Mac open (on the same WiFi as my phone) and the songs are able to play on there.  I imported them straight from buying them on iTunes but they still won't work.  I have Beyonce's Lemonade album on Spotify, too, but that one works and was able to download it on my phone without any problems! They show up on my phone but will not play and will not download unless they are on Spotify currently. I have included a screenshot.  I just am not sure what to do at this point and am so frustrated because I use Spotify for everything and do not want to switch back and forth between apps.
