My Question or Issue

 I can't sync my local files from my laptop to my iPhone. I know there are a million things on this about the local files already but none of them help. I have disabled the firewall, my network discovery is on, I created a playlist with all of my local files songs, I have logged in and out of spotify, I have downloaded and removed the playlist plenty of times, I have premium, I am connected to the same wifi, I have made a personal hotspot on my phone, I have made it so songs show up as greyed out in my playlist. I have literally done everything can anyone help pls.

I'd also recommend updating to iOS 12.0.1
