Hello,

           I created a playlist for my local files about six months ago, and it worked fine on my last phone (an andriod). However, after I upgraded to an Iphone, I have been having significant problems with the local files playlist. All the songs are

not appearing on my phone even though I have the playlist downloaded for offline use and my computer and phone are connected to the same wifi network. The playlist appears as empty on my phone, although it says it has 14 songs. 

          I am frustrated because I have tried all the work arounds the community has posted, and nothing works. Is there a way to get around this? I'm just confused because this was not a problem on my last phone. I have not experienced this before, and up until now I was enjoying spotify premium. Thank you to anyone who can help.

It may be some kind of syncing problem which I tried before.

Please make sure the songs import into Spotify: 

1. Not protected by DRM

2.In supported format (https://support.spotify.com/us/using_spotify/features/listen-to-local-files/)

Steps:

1.Make sure your computer and mobile devices (iPhone) in the same WiFi network.

2.Remove the playlist which you find the problem

3.Remove and re-add the "Local Sources" - Make sure all songs synced.

3.1 You may need to reopen Spotify (MAC/PC) [in case if you added too many songs] [Recommend to do]

4.Make sure all the songs which added can be played in Spotify (Mac/PC)

5.Make whole new playlists (Recommend using different name such as "Music” from preventing sync error)

6.On Mac/PC, check all the songs in playlist whether they can be played or not.

7.Download playlist on your devices(iPhone)
