Local file used to be on my phone but disappeared

My Question or Issue

So I have about 20 songs on local files on my phone. About 2 weeks ago, I downloaded 2 new ones onto my phone and I noticely today that 1 of them has disappeared off my phone however, the 2nd one is still there. I have tried restarting my phone, logging out and back in as well as moving the local files on my computer to a new folder. They all still work on my computer and all but that one song work on my phone. When I start the song on my computer and try and switch the device to my phone, it says "if I own the song, I can sync it from my computer". Please help

We'd like to add one step to what you've tried so far. Can you click here and follow the steps for a clean reinstall? 

Then you can try and re-sync your music.

Hi,
I did that just now and now i've lost all my local files from my phone and i have to indivdually download them all again as well as them still not downloading onto my phone when I press the like button.

To clarify, none of the local files show up on my phone and when i try to download - none of them will download.
edit: turned off phone and on again and it worked
