Local files not playing

Hey so I’ve been trying for the longest time to sync files to my IPhone XR, I finally did it after changing some settings on my pc, it showed up on my phone and I downloaded the songs, the problem is they don’t play at all, it seems like it tries to play but gives up immediately, any fixes or something I did wrong?

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

Could you try logging out, restarting your phone, and logging back in? If that doesn't make a difference, try restarting your router.

If the issue persists, does it also happen when using a different Internet connection or the Offline mode? We'd also like to know if the files appear greyed out on your phone.
