Local files on iPhone greyed out and unplayable

I used to have no problem playing local files on my phone and suddenly they are now all greyed out and unplayable, and it's been like this for a month. I can still play them on the Macbook app and I have the most updated software and app versions. But I tried redownloading the apps on both my computer and phone, downloading playlists with the local files on a different wifi, deleting all the local files and resyncing them to my Songs; nothing has worked!

I am a premium user and love the local files option so this is very frustrating, but if anyone can help me out I would be eternally grateful!
