Local files play on my PC, does not show up on mobile, artist greyed out

Just switched to iPhone X, local files not showing up in my playlists on my phone even though it plays on my PC app, although the artist is greyed out. I have the song added to the playlist on my PC spotify app and it does numerically show that there is one more song on my IOS app but the song is not in the IOS app(as in I can't see the song, not even greyed out). Firewall is allowing spotify all permissions. Connected to the same network. Playlist on both is set to downloaded. Tried uninstalling, didnt work. Not sure what to do.

I am also having this issue. Files that used to play fine on mobile (properly added as Local Files on Desktop) won't play on my iOS 11 iPhone 8 Plus.
