I've made various accounts but they keep forcing me out after two weeks saying that I can only use Spotify abroad for that long but I've made the accounts in the US and stayed in the US. I even tried seeing if it said I was in a different country but it said I was in the US so now I don't know what to do.

Ok, it must be the cause of this issue.

 

Please turn it off and try again. It should work!

I just tried that but once VPN is off the internet connection is gone for a few seconds then after a few second the internet and VPN connections come back

I see. Well, I'm not a VPN specialist, so I can't help you with that.

 

But once you manage do disable it properly your Spotify will work the way it should!
