Hi I can't log in I broke my phone and lost my account information but I pay for it for can I recover my account? And emailing then doesn't help they say to come here Someone help I'm wasting my money and I want my music back!

If you are using Facebook, then you should login using the Facebook option. If you have an account directly with Spotify, then you can reset your password with either your email address or Spotify account name at https://www.spotify.com/password-reset/ 

That should send you an email with further instructions.
