My Question or Issue

My devises, iPhone, ipad ect. loses connention to Spotify Connect while playing music. I have to choose a devise againg in the device list to reconnect to controlle my products. Furthermore tracks restarts radomly in the middle of songs. I have already tried reinstalling the Spotify app, resetting my devices, router etc. Is it posible to restart or get a complitely new Spotify profile - error 1015?
