Lost Music.

Lost Music.

Lost my Spotify icon on iPhone. Downloaded the app. Entered a new password because I forgot my old one. Reset password. Went to log in but all my music was gone? Any suggestions? Thanks

That doesn't sound right! Could you please make sure you don't have two accounts?

Similar sitch for me. Was asked to re-log in. Didn't recognize my password. Had to reset. When I was able to log in all my playlists were gone, and all my albums were gone and replaced by a whole bunch of other **bleep** I would never listen to. Also......apparently my Spotify was playing on some mystery Windows device (I don't have any of those). Account breach?

How do I get all my albums back?

Please notice in the attached photo the Windows device at the bottom. It's not mine. Also, those albums are completely unfamiliar to me.

Hey @Beachboy75! Thanks for reaching out!

 

This sounds like your account has been compromised. First I'd advise you to change your password(s). After that I'd think you should contact someone from Spotify. He/she can take a look backstage and make sure your account is secure. Someone will get back to you within 48 hours.
