Lost playlist after premium upgrade !!!!!!!!

Lost playlist after premium upgrade !!!!!!!!

So Ive been using the spotify free version for awhile and i just upgraded to premium and all my starred fromradio playlists are totally gone 😞 can they be recovered? Someone help please!! Im in the desert n this is my only escape lol..

Hi Shanna_antoine - What's happened here is you've opened a new account with us. 

 

That acount was then upgraded instead of your original. I'll pop you an email now with details on sorting this out.

This should be fixed for you now.

 

You'd opened up an extra account with us through FB, which I've now closed (after moving the playlist you had on there back to your original account).

 

From now on, please log in with your original username, and not your FB details or email address.

i've also upgraded to premium, linked my log in through facebook and now all playlists have gone. please help.

Help the same thing happened to me. Had a great playlist and sorted songs. Upgraded to premium through the app itself not FB. I lost all my music. Please advise on the fix. Elias James

I just upgraded to premium, not through facebook. Had to reset my password and my playlists are gone. I've just sat here for an hour making one for a party and then decided to upgrade and it's gone... How can i get it back??

The same thing happened to me today when i upgraded to premium with spotify family 

 

EDIT : Nevermind they just deleted themselves ...

Same thing has happened to me! Help would be much appreciated

Well when connecting to the spotify website, go to your profile then on the
left there is a tab named recover playlists.
Juste chose wich one you want and hit recover.

I've looked there but it says no playlists have been deleted 😧

Are you still having this issue? If not, it could be that you're not signed in the correct account. I'd suggest taking this survey-guide that should help by pointing you in the right direction.

The same problem happened to me. I lost all of my starred tracks and artists when the upgrade from Free to Premium was done. Can you help?
