Lost playlists on my I-phone

Anyone help?? ive lost most (but not all) of my playlists on my i-phone but they are still available on my i-pad. I've tried deleteing the app on my i-phone and reinstalling but no luck. Anyone got any suggestions, its driving me mad!!!

Have you tried to use your username instead of your email address/Facebook in the login process?

Unfortunately not - states I have no deleted playlists.....

That sounds really weird.

It would be great if you could give me these details:

1. Exact Device (e.g. iPhone 5S)

2. Exact operating system (e.g. iOS 8.3)

3. Spotify app version installed (2.2.0)

I know, its very odd. A couple of days ago my i-phone app randomly asked me to log in (never usually does that) and cheerio playlists!! I have one left with just one song on it.

Coudl you try following the steps on this support page to make sure you don't have multiple Spotify accounts. You might be logging in the wrong account, which is causing this. ^^
