Majority of my downloaded songs are no longer downloaded

I had a lot of full albums downloaded on my iphone 6, and yesterday I logged into spotify, and every single album was reduced to just a couple songs. I tried re-downloading the same albums and I only get the same songs.  Sometimes albums only give one track, and others more than that, but no more full albums.

You can sync up to a total of 3,333 tracks from the Spotify catalogue on 3 devices. That would be a total of 9,999 tracks. There would be times that track length might reduce this number (e.g. if a song is about 10 minutes or so).
