Max sound volume when using snapchat

My Question or Issue

When i listen to spotify, and then are taking a picture, or opening a snap, the volume turns into maximum automatically.

This happens to me as well with my iPhone. Let's try following some troubleshooting steps though to isolate the issue and see if we can get this resolved.

Could you try a clean reinstall of the Spotify app following these steps? You can also reinstall the Snapchat app.

Also, make sure that your iPhone 8 is up to date. The latest version for your iPhone can be found by going to Settings > General > Software Update.

I tried now to restart my iphone. After that it worked like it should. No
need to reinstall the apps.
