Membership not showing in mobile app

Membership not showing in mobile app

I downloaded the free version of Spotify first. Then, I tried to change to the Premium Individual plan in the mobile app - which I found out I cannot do. So I upgraded and added payment in my account through my desktop computer. However, the upgrade did not transfer to the app. Is there a way to refresh my account on my phone. I hope I don’t have to delete and reinstall. Please advise. Thanks you.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

The upgrade of the subscription should happen automatically on all devices your account is logged in on. That's why most probably you're logged in on the wrong account or the Premium activation was not successful. Check here for the former and check your Receipts section on your account page in a web browser for the latter, you should see a successful payment there.
