Missing songs from Playlists

My Question or Issue

On my Macbook I have a Spotify playlist with 686 songs. On my iPhone the playlist title shows 686 songs but there are only 5 songs in the playlist (can't see the other 681 at all). I have cleared the cache, reinstalled the app multiple times, switched the phone on and off, left Spotify on both the phone and Macbook offline for long periods to encourage a re-sync, but all to no avail.

I have run out of all ideas on this - any other fixes
