Mobile data usage

Mobile data usage

Hi,

I had to install a backup on my iPhone after an exchange of the device and then Spotify had to download my library. I did this using my wifi and all songs are downloaded again - at least Spotify is not showing that a download is still in progress.

However suddenly my data volume was eaten up while using Spotify outside my wifi. Still all songs are still on the device. I switched off mobile data for Spotify in the iOS settings but when I switch it on again I have the data drain again. 😕

Any ideas? I have only one other subscribed playlist but it is also fully synced.

Hey @johannes1702

Are you still having problems with high data usage?

I have the same problem. I have about 30GB of offline music on my iPhone, I don't listen to any song which is not downloaded but still, I've got about 100MB of mobile data drain per day... that is crazy. Any suggestions? I already tried reinstalling the app and download the music again, but it is just the same.
