Music Trouble

Hi there. I'm having a bit of trouble listening to my music. When i click on a certain album/artist, it doesnt play the song I want to hear, it'll play songs from that artist or album--and this started about a day ago. Is there anyway this can be fixed??

Are you a free user or a premium user?

The free version works differently in the mobile app than it does on the desktop app.

If you do not have premium, on mobile, you get ad-supported, shuffle-only access on compatible devices. This means:

• You can’t stream specific songs on demand, and you’re only able to skip a track 6 times per hour.
• Sometimes you'll hear a mix of similar tracks from other artists to what you're playing.

Just head to any playlist, album, or artist page and press SHUFFLE PLAY. Your music will begin playing right away.
