First of all I want to say that I have been on your website for about an hour trying to figure out a way to speak to someone in customer service or at least have an online chat.. It is amazing to me that with all the money people spend on this app that you all can't afford to pay people to help your customers. 

My problem is that I had to delete my app on my phone the other day and when I downloaded the app again all my music was gone. I checked my settings and found that under my subscription its says I have the "free"account.  I in fact have the premium account. I am paying for this and have not beeen able to use it in a few days.  So what is the problem? Because none of the answers other custmers have posted were of any use.
