Music deleted. Don't buy premium.

Music deleted. Don't buy premium.

Today I started a cross country road trip. As I went to use Spotify to play music I realized all of my downloaded music was deleted. This is the second time it has happened to me on a road trip where I don't have access to internet until I'm in a hotel room with slow wifi and the third time overall. I'm ready to cancel. Premium is NOT worth it if it won't work when you need it the most.

How many devices have you downloaded music on?

 

Right now Spotify only allows you to download music to the Spotify app on 3 devices. You can be logged into Spotify on as many devices as you want (only 1 device can be playing at a time) but only 3 of those devices can have downloaded music for offline listening.

 

If you download on more than 3 devices it will be deleted from one device.

 

I suggest logging into this page here to see which devices you currently have downloaded music on. If you reinstalled the app on one of your devices without first removing it from this page first, it could also delete the music from one of your deices becasue it will show up as a duplicate and exceed the 3 devices limit.

Hi 

 

Same problem this morning i have lost my wedding playlist 😞 please help me get it back!

 

I can sign in on facebook which has nothing saved but i think i have logged in via email and password previoulsy but cannot reemember the log in details. 

 

 

Think my username is Tracy Williams.
