Music sound lower when downloaded

Hey! I use an iPhone 8 Plus with premium account. When I listened music on streaming the sound is good but when I download the songs they sound very low, I have set up both streaming and download quality as high quality. 

Does anyone have the same problem?

This issue is most likely because you have set a low sound option on your phones settings. (iPhone has these on default so that you don’t go over the reccomended volume). Also, another issue could be your equalizer. Go on Spotify Settings > Playback > Equalizer, and choose your music genre or just drag all the buttons to the top (I find that helps a lot when it comes to music quality). Also try switching your music quality to Extreme if you haven’t already.

Let me know if that works, or at least improves your music quality.

Sorry, excuse the first reply, I had not read that you already had your quality on High. Keep in mind that there is also an Extreme setting for premium users, so turn that on if you haven’t already.
