Music stops when calls, videos, audio files...

Hello, I use Spotify on my iPhone and when I’m listening to music and I get a call or I watch a video or something, the music stops and then doesn’t restart. And I have to close the app and open it again to listen again. How can I fix it? Thank you

I had this problem as I was on iOS beta 11.2 and had not upgraded as my beta profile had dropped off when moving to iPhone X. I have reapplied the beta profile and upgraded to 11.6 and this no longer happens.
