My Iphone and Ipad does not recognize my premium account

My Iphone and Ipad does not recognize my premium account

I previously had a one month trial with Spotify, now expired.  I now have a three month trial with Virgin Media/Spotify, it now does not recognise my premium account on my Ipad or Iphone! I see playlists but unable to listen.

Have you tried logging out then back in with the credentials supplied by Virgin? If so, try a clean reinstall of the spotify application and, if that fails, contact Virgin for assistance.

Thank you for your reply.  I have tried logging out and also a clean reinstall, still no joy.  I will contact Virgin later today

 

Now my app is not working at all on either my Ipad or IPhone it keeps on crashing when I log into the app?.
