My Iphone app isnt even letting open the app

I have an iphone 6 s and its been the third time this happens and Spotify hasnt helped at all. I contacted them thru Twitter and they just gave me the same "solutions" over and over. I click on the app and only the Spotify symbol will show and nothing will ever happen. So I tried uninsalling and reinstalling but when I put my info it freezes and if i get out of it it just shows the same symbol. Im going to get of this app.

Rest assured, the folks on Twitter are there to help. We'd recommend continuing to chat with there too, if you still haven't come across a solution with their help. They'll have some other suggestions for you to troubleshoot with 🙂

Since you're here too, we can see what's happening. If you've already tried reinstalling the app itself, can you check the device for any iOS updates?

We'd also suggest going to your device's Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage on both your regular storage and your iCloud. Having a good clear-out of unused applications and files should make sure that all your apps run smoothly and have no issues with loading.

We'd also like to know if this happens on any other devices (desktops, tablets, other mobile devices).

If you could also make sure you're connected to WiFi whilst loading up the app (and not just on mobile data), this might help. Also try it when no other apps are running.

Even though it seems obvious, we'd also check that your username and password are correct, or checking that you're tapping 'Log In With Facebook' if you're on a Facebook-created account.
