My Phone is not recognizing my premium subscrition.

I got my premium account today, and decided to put spotify on my iphone5.  When I logged in and tried to listen, it told me i needed to have a premium account.  I already have a premium account. What should I do?

Hey @Robby_DeShazer! This was actually just happening to me last night (when I had purchased Spotify Premium). For a while, I couldn't figure out why the subscription took effect on my desktop version of Spotify almost instantaneously whereas my iPhone 5 seemed to think I was still on the free version.

Before anything, I would confirm that you are subscribed to Spotify Premium as per @Peter's post.

What I had ended up doing was logging out of Spotify completely from the iPhone, closing all applications (double-click the home button, press and hold one icon until they start to wiggle, and click the red button for each and every one of them), and opening up Spotify on the iPhone one more time.

Everything was sorted out after I logged back in.

If anything, do a complete reboot of your iPhone.

Is your account showing as premium on your online overview?
