My Playlists are suddenly acting up!!

"Hello. I’m not sure why this is happening. I used to be able to press a song on my playlist and it would play automatically. Now, it either doesn’t play at all or goes to a completely different song on the playlist(shuffle?) Also, I’m getting commercials/ads on my playlists like a radio station. I do not want these!! Please help me get back to the old Spotify I loved so much or you will lose a subscriber! I am being billed just over $9.00 a month on my credit card. Please help me as soon as possible as I am a dance instructor and depend on Spotify in my classes!"
