My Premium account keeps saying im a free user

My Premium account keeps saying im a free user

Hi,

 

I have had a premium account for about two years now. Yesterday i went to listen and it keeps saying i am free user and wont let me listen to any of my playlists off line even though i could the day before. I have tried to upgrade my account but it wont let me and just says i am a premium user??

 

Help!

Yes, I am in the same boat with you, I have had Spotify for a few months now. I pay the bill on 28th of every month, well they took my money from my account on 3-28-15, but yet it says I'm a free user

If someone has an answer please help us

According to https://support.spotify.com

 

Spotify is aware of a service issue and they are working on a fix
