My music keeps getting deleted

Hi - i am on spotify premium and i use it via my iphone. In the last 6 months on two occasions all of my saves songs and albums have ben wiped. I have no idea why...can anyone advise on how i can recover them as i don't really want to start from scratch again!

it is way too hard to contact tech support.  if spotify wants to keep its reputation and doesnt want to be taken down by apple music, i suggest they get on their **bleep**. this is extremely frustrating
