My playlist is not playing in order

My playlist is not playing in order

I have my playlist sorted by the artist and shuffling is off but the songs just don't play in order however when I connect to PC and select listen on iPhone the songs play in order. Please help me because this is driving me crazy.

Does it happen to all your playlists?

 

If you sort the playlist by title and by recently added, does it work?

it happened to one of my playlist which was my only playlist then I created a new playlist in hopes to fix the problem, was working fine at first then the same thing happened again. 

 

If I sort it by title it works just fine and in order and same goes for Recently added 

 

 

That's odd...

 

I suggest you try a clean reinstall of Spotify to see if this fixes the problem:

I did that already but it didn't fix the problem

Well, so it might be a bug of this app's version, or you're missing something there. You can either keep trying to find it out by yourself (like creating new playlists and making tests, checking if this behaviour also happens in your desktop app/web player and so on) or get in touch with the Spotify staff - simply drop them a line on social media (Twitter or Facebook) or by using the contact form. Make sure, if you use the latter, to reply to the automated email you'll receive directing you back to the help pages, even if it's from a no-reply.

Support usually gets back within a day or two.

it doesn't happen with my desktop version 

 

I guess I will just DM them on facebook

Spotify Connect effectively limits playlists to the first 100 songs, no matter how big the playlist is.  This is a known issue.  Spotify labels the idea to increase the playlist size, "Not Right Now".  See link here:  Go to this link and add your vote to increase the playlist size.
